Born and raised in South America, David is an Industrial Engineer from Georgia Tech. He has developed and managed software and other businesses in Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. In 2003, he co-founded the LEFKO Group; a real estate development, general contracting and Investments company with his brother and father. He enjoys tennis, flying, scuba diving and is involved in various non-profits.

Born in Austria and raised in Venezuela, Tomas came to the US to obtain a BS & MS in Civil Engineering (NYU), and has an MBA (Mercer) and MS in Finance (GSU). He is a serial entrepreneur with multiple business ventures in South America and the US. In 2003, he co-founded the LEFKO Group with two of his sons. Tomas loves spending time with his 6 grandchildren and speaks 5 languages.

Born and raised in South America, Marc developed a passion for real estate working with his family’s ventures. After receiving a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, Marc was recruited by General Motors. He is a Chairman’s Honor award recipient, GM’s highest employee recognition. He then co-founded in 2003 the LEFKO group with his brother and father. He enjoys tennis and swimming.

Having over 24 years of experience in the industry, Hector owned his own company before joining LEFKO building an average 50 luxury homes per year. Hector has served as President of the Georgia Homebuilders Association and holds certifications for NARI project management, OSHA, NPDES, and lead testing. Hector prides himself on delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

Received her BBA in Accounting from Georgia Gwinnett College. Before joining LEFKO, Jamey was the Accounting Manager for over six years at of one of Georgia’s largest commercial construction companies. She is bright and talented and heads up LEFKO’s accounting and back office operations. Jamey resides in Lawrenceville with her husband, daughter, and is expecting a baby boy…!

Seasoned residential construction veteran, having worked in the building industry since he was a teenager. He is a master carpenter and a meticulous craftsman. His expertise ranges deep across all trades making him a well versed and very effective head superintendent. He continues to be very hands on during the construction process in addition to his supervisory and managerial roles.

Step 1

Our on-site home consultation is focused on learning about you; your family’s lifestyle, project goals, requirements, and future plans. Our goal is to identify the right solution(s) to meet your wants, needs and target investment. We also take this opportunity to assess compatibility and determine if we are the right partners for you.

Step 2
Concept Design

We work closely with you to create a space plan that incorporates your vision & priorities and meets both your current and projected future needs. The aesthetics are driven by your vision and style. Every step is coordinated with our construction team to ensure our plan is in line with construction best practices and your target investment.

Step 3
Scope of Work & Proposal

Our detailed scope of work outlines every aspect of the project, including all material selections, allocations, project duration, and fixed costs. Clearly set and synchronized expectations ensures success from the very start.

Step 4

Your expectations are secured and protected in our standard contract. The agreement includes specific language on pricing, scope of work, project duration, billing/draw requests, insurance, permitting, licensing, change orders, supervision, insurance, and warranty.

Step 5
Selection & Pre-Construction

To minimize disruption to you and your family and deliver a project that is executed on time and on budget, we thoroughly review with you our preliminary project schedule, material selection process & deadlines and any other project logistics, tasks and items that need to be in place prior to us breaking ground.

Step 6

We complete all required engineering and structural specifications and finalize the construction set of drawings. We then submit these along with all other documentation and applications in order to obtain the required residential building permit(s) from the appropriate municipality.

Step 7

Our supervision, quality control and communication protocol have been the keys to our consistent delivery of successful projects. Your peace of mind and superior experience is driven by our constant communication rhythm, including daily written updates by our Project Manager of each day’s accomplishments as well as the status and scope of work planned for the following day.

Step 8
Final Walk Through

Our signature walkthrough will expose items that need to be addressed and/or resolved. We will also provide you with a project manual that outlines, for future reference, your material selections and maintenance guidelines.

Step 9
Follow Up

Your complete satisfaction is assured with our standard, 3-month post-construction follow up. Our team will walk through your home to identify and resolve any touchups that may have been overlooked during our final walk thru or that you have found as you begin using your newly built space(s).
